These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “Buyer”, “Customer”) and Navkar Estate and Homes Pvt. Ltd. (“Navkar”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding the use of our services related to the construction, sale, and marketing of residential flats and housing projects across Mumbai suburban areas.

Visuals used in marketing (brochures, videos, website) are for representation purposes only. Final delivery may vary due to regulatory, design, or execution reasons.

Upon booking confirmation, an Agreement for Sale will be executed under the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) guidelines.

Failure to execute this agreement within the specified period may result in cancellation or revised pricing.
